The Bel Canto Singers is a chamber choir that has been delighting audiences in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada and elsewhere since it was formed in 1974. Originally known as the Cathedral Singers, the choir changed its name to the Bel Canto Singers in the late 1970s. Currently under the direction of Anne Sessa, the choir is made up of 26 highly dedicated singers who perform two to three concerts per year. Saturday, April 11, 2015. Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Dedicated to Excellence in Choral Singing in the Upper Valley Since 1977. Founded in 1977, the chorus is dedicated to providing audiences with a broad spectrum of repertoire from medieval and Renaissance works, to baroque cantatas, music of the classical era, and contemporary works by local composers.

Narelle Martinez has developed a great program for introducing singers to the music world of Germany. I highly recommend it to any aspiring young artists.
